Quotes
All quotes are free and provided without obligation. A quote is based on the building details and requirements you provide; if the building or requirements differ on inspection, we will agree any revised price with you before work begins.
Bookings
Work is booked once you accept the quote and we agree a time and place. Please tell us about access, height, cladding material and anything that affects the work before the visit, as these can affect the method and scope.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed with your quote. We will always confirm the total price before any work begins — there are no hidden charges.

If you need to cancel or rearrange, please let us know as early as possible by calling +44 7845 463877. We are open 24 hours.
Cleaning work and expectations
Cleaning removes surface dirt, algae, lichen and staining to the extent the panel material and the age of the staining allow. Some long-standing staining, faded coatings or damaged boards may not return to a like-new finish; where that is the case, we will tell you honestly what was found, what remains, and what to watch for. Cleaning work is only carried out with your agreement after the scope and the price are confirmed.
Materials and equipment
Cleaning solutions and equipment are chosen to suit the cladding material being cleaned. If you supply any product or equipment yourself for use on the job, we cannot take responsibility for its quality or suitability.
